Weigh-in Monday

Weighed myself today and boohoo... guess what? have gained a kilo! :(
I strayed a little from my good eating habits last week but still nothing like what I used to eat. And look what happens. Sooo easy to put on the weight but taking it off !!
So decided to try to stick to fruits and veggies for 3 days as I'm going on a little holiday this weekend. It's a girls getaway with my 4 dearest friends in the world. We've been friends for over 25 years and though lives and distance keep us from meeting that often, when we do meet we can pick up just where we left off.
So being good about my food is going to be really really hard. But am going to give it my best. Normally I would just not give it a thought happily indulge in anything and everything.  Our love and weakness for chocolate and desserts is a big thing among the 5 of u and whenever we meet it almost always involves chocolate something!
I'm off on Thursday morning and back on Monday morning. So won't be blogging either for 4 days.
What I can do is try and do some walking. Cos we're going to a beautiful resort in the jungle, the perfect setting to enjoy a good walk.

Breakfast Big bowl of musk melon, two slices of pineapple
Lunch More musk melon before lunch. small bowl of papaya, big bowl of watermelon. half a pomegranate after lunch
Dinner Cabbage soup, 1 mango
In between Bites 2-3 slices of beef roast, Some mixture, a cup of soup rice. :(
