Been a while

I've not been serious at all about my diet or exercise or blogging. I wouldnt say Im totally bingeing but not trying hard enough. 

 Food Journal
 When What
BreakfastTandoori Chicken sandwich
LunchSpinach and Dal kootu, beetroot, potato and egg salad
Dinner2 pieced of chicken roast and 4 chicken dimsums
In between Bites2 pieces of chocolate, half a slice of cheese
about a litre and a half.
