High Time

Im back! And it's about time!!

I had the most wonderful long weekend with my four besties from school. Could've been better had 3 of us not been down with severe food poisoning!! It's almost as if it happened to prevent me from eating all that yummy food at the resort that we stayed at. It was quite awful for almost 2 days, the only plus side being that when I got back I was a kilo lighter! haha. I mean once my appetitite was back the scales quickly started inching up.

I've been lazy and bad since I got back on Monday. The first 2 days I just ate whatever, I was just so happy I could eat again. I even gave in to chocolate. Wednesday I went back to being careful. But I am yet to restart my exercising.

Just been feeling soo sleepy and finding it imposs to get up in the mornings.
I really want to start walking/running. Wish I had company! Lemon wish you lived nearby :(
I really need to focus on getting back on track. Here's what I ate yesterday

Breakfast One egg scrambled with mushrooms and tomato

Lunch One cup of  podalanga dal and a cup of beetroot and onion salad
Dinner Cabbage soup
In between Bites 2.5 bread sticks with cheese dip, 2 gummy sweets, 3 crackers with pate, one slice of saucisse

None

about 2 litres
