Monday - A new start

Ashamed to say it's been almost a month since I posted last. And a good month it hasnt been diet and exercise-wise. I seem to have totally lost focus on my plan and generally been indulging and absolutely no exercise.
Although I'm relieved that although I havent lost any weight I have not gained any.

 Food Journal
 When What
LunchCabbage and tomato salad, boiled beans
Dinner2 pieces of sauteed fish and some salad
Random SnacksFried Okra, one slice bread with cheese spread 2 tiny pieces of chicken, cucumber
Sugar2 pieces white chocolate
about 2 litre
