Today I had half an hour to kill while waiting for my husband. I thought why not take a walk instead of staring into the computer as I would normally do. So I did and was glad.
Its been a while since I weighed in but I've decide to change my weigh-in days to Wednesdays.
|Breakfast||Papaya and oatmean porridge, green tea|
|Lunch||Fish, Cabbage and tomato salad|
|Dinner||2 dosas and chicken kurma with 4 small pieces chicken|
|Random Snacks||2 sliced toast with butter and smear of mayo. 2 tiny pieces of chicken, some mixture|
|Sugar||1 piece chocolate and 1 marshmallow|
|20 min walk!|
|about 2 litre|
