I've not been serious at all about my diet or exercise or blogging. I wouldnt say Im totally bingeing but not trying hard enough.

|Dinner||2 pieced of chicken roast and 4 chicken dimsums|
|In between Bites||2 pieces of chocolate, half a slice of cheese|
|about a litre and a half.|
